Spatial Information Day - South Australia
Spatial Information Day 2012 (SID 2012) and the South Australian Spatial Excellence Awards 2012 (SASEA 2012) will be held on Friday 3rd August 2012 at the Adelaide Convention Centre. The full day SID 2012 program will be followed by the SASEA 2012 dinner.
Spatial Information Day is an educational and promotional event that provides individuals and organisations with the opportunity to view innovative spatial technologies and projects through presentations and displays.
The Spatial Excellence Awards celebrate achievement in the industry in South Australia and provide a fun and entertaining evening to enjoy the company of friends and colleagues.
SID 2012 is presented by South Australia’s principal spatial organisations:
The SID2012 program will include a range of interesting presentations featuring spatial initiatives and activities. Attendees can broaden their knowledge of significant new applications and developments in the spatial community. Additionally, the day offers a networking opportunity facilitating communication and professional development.
SID 2012 will feature a plenary session in the morning, followed by concurrent presentation sessions in the afternoon. The conference format will showcase leaders in the industry, and feature significant technological and project advancements from spatial practitioners in South Australia.
Delegates will also be able to gain valuable insights from the sponsor exhibition, which will showcase spatial technology from across the industry.
In the evening, delegates are invited to attend the South Australian Spatial Excellence Awards (SASEA) Gala dinner.
